Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise only within 30 days of purchase. Coffee cannot be returned due to its perishable nature. That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us right away if there is something wrong and we will do our best to make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If any items in your order arrived damaged, we would like to replace those for you. We just ask that you send us a photo of the box or envelope, as well as a photo of the damaged item(s) so we can send them to our carrier for a claim or in some cases, to ensure our packing and shipping methods are up to par.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If not, we will reach out to you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
