Our well-balanced Au Sable roast has a beautiful brightness with notes of orange and grapefruit. This roast is definitely a pantry staple for our light roast fans. Every time this comes out of the roaster, its beautiful color reminds us of the sandy bottom of one of Michigan's best fly fishing routes.
